Celerity +Stealth level can't be modified once slotted

When trying to modify a slotted Celerity +Stealth enhancement level a pop up box that says Unable To Slot Enhancement- Celerity: +Stealth is mutually exclusive with Celerity:+Stealth. You can only slot one stealt proc across your entire build. I'm simply trying to change the enhancement level from lvl 50 to something below 50. Before last patch/build this wasn't an issue

To reproduce:

1. Slot a celerity+Stealth IO in superspeed
2. Right click on the slotted Celerity:+Stealth IO and type a different level than the level currently slotted and click to re-slot.
