…erforms The rotate(180deg) was bound to `.collapsed`, so a collapsed block showed an upward chevron while its accessible name read "Expand code block". The inline keyboard-arrow-down shape already reads as "expand" while collapsed, so the rotation belongs to `.expanded`. This also matches the `--open` convention ArchiveList.svelte already uses for the same icon. Adds a Playwright spec that derives the arrow's visual direction from the SVG path's own coordinate system through getScreenCTM, covering direct load and Swup client navigation.
