Add Halium Port

I am currently working on a Halium Port for this Phone.

From the Website:

Halium is the collaborative project to unify the Hardware Abstraction Layer for projects which run GNU/Linux on mobile devices with pre-installed Android.

I do not feel like I know enough about the Phone or android in general to do so however, which is why I am asking for help / whether or not you would like to take over the task.
