Two things, and the second one is the release.

The README was still a wall

278 lines of paragraphs. Now 178, and the prose that explained itself at length is either a single sentence or a link into docs/INTERNALS.md. Kept: the hero, the download buttons, three numbered steps, one table of what it does, the examples picture. Everything else is behind three collapsibles.

The Russian version is a full-size button in the top row now, beside the downloads, instead of a small badge among the status ones. Splitting the languages was supposed to give each one a front page; a reader should not have to hunt for theirs.

1.3.0

The release where both windows became native and the installer started saying something. The changelog lists it: WinUI 3 is what gets installed and the Tk window is gone, a SwiftUI window for macOS, an installer with a user interface, and builds staged outside the checkout.

Tag v1.3.0 goes on once this lands, which is what publishes the installer and both disk images.

205 tests pass.

1.3.0 is the release where both windows became native and the installer
started saying something. The changelog has the list.
