Tougher Problems Inspire Creative Solutions.

We are a Rhode Island construction company (NAICS 236115) building the software layer for a circular building economy.

Most teardowns end the same way: a machine flattens the house and the material goes to a landfill. We take the building apart instead, in reverse build order, so the lumber, brick, fixtures and hardware survive.

Surviving is only half of it. What makes deconstruction pay is where each piece goes next — deconstruction is a material logistics problem, not a demolition one. Everything is graded as it comes off the building and routed to its most valuable recoverable state:

  • Reuse — held on site and built back into the home. The house supplies its own rebuild.
  • Resale — what the rebuild can't absorb sells through Builder's Open House, the deconstruction lot staged as a materials yard while the crew is still working.
  • Recycle — what nothing else will take is broken down to feedstock, with tooling we build ourselves.

Reuse beats resale beats recycle, and the call is made per piece. That routing is what keeps the material in the loop — and the loop is what lets the home come back larger.

Loan Origination to Deconstruction to Construction, closed into an equity loop when the homeowner chooses to keep building.

Where to start

ml-systems-public is the public reference: the mobile app's UI layer plus the concepts that make the system distinctive. The Master Ledger, the Collective Ontology, Ontological Compression and the Seven Minds are documented there and nowhere else.

How we label claims

Every statement in our docs carries one of three labels, because in construction the difference matters and most writing hides it.

Label Meaning
MEASURED Exists today
MODELED Calibrated projection, real math, not yet field-proven
ASPIRATIONAL A goal, deliberately not encoded in system logic

The software is real and shipped. The construction loop is modeled and about to be run for the first time. The robotics endgame is aspirational and kept out of the numbers.
