The exact 390px Track A certificate showed the runner badge fixed but the automation description still clipped because the column flex container aligned children at start/max-content width. Stretch the text child on mobile, retain a self-sized status badge, and preserve desktop alignment. Web typecheck, focused ESLint, and diff checks pass. No contract, API, database, environment, or deployment change.
