v0.1 unstable release

UNSTABLE RELEASE!!!! These executables have not been properly tested and might not even work!

Programs:
StillCat_Debloated.exe = is a debloated version of the main program and the only thing you can change is the Stand_still time that's all
StillCat.exe = The full program! This has everything (Except stability)
config.json = config file useful for customizing your experience!

NOTE: I know this is going to sound weird but for some reason the program DO NOT like it if you open them via the CMD but do seem to work if you open them via a .bat file or just normally??

Since these programs are unstable they will open a console window where it prints out information useful for troubleshooting
Also!
The keybind to close this program is CTRL + K + L hold this for a few seconds and press Alt + Tab and check if you got any Pop-ups from StillCat

Once again this is a UNSTABLE release so don't rely on it

One more note: I am tired and I didn't check for any spelling errors and wanted to have this done before going to sleep
don't judge me if this is completely unreadable, tomorrow me will probably fix it
