can this run on Linux?

I tried to run the make command on a Fedora machine after cloning this repo, but I get the following error:

Can this project be used on Linux? if so, how?

I'm using the winapi directly, so windows.h really is required as well as any windows header that provides winapi functionality.

You might be able to compile by using some cross-platform compilation toolchain and then run using wine, but I haven't tried it.
