saw(auth): saw's auth together with saw auth app are not reliable #1500

Description

@kamalafidele

The command you ran

- saw scan --remote
- saw fix --pr

What you expected

I was expecting the saw to access my account's repos and then submit PR and a scan report.

Also, I was expecting it to access the org's repos and then implement the scan and fixes after installing the saw auth app but it never did. It worked only after installing it on the account and I couldn't install it on the orgs because it is a local app and it doesn1t allow duplicates

What happened instead

I have been trying to scan and fix the malware remotely, and I got an authentication issue. There wasn't any GitHub auth on my pc. I have been authenticated using Git. Just git or I might not know how or when, but I'm authenticated with git and I have been pushing and pulling changes, as well as doing other git operations and managing the repos.

It never made it to scanning or remediating the repos
