- Справочники валют и оплат вынесены в dictionaries.ts - SetUri перенесён из вебхуков в requests - getDealCalls возвращает ContactActivity по ответу API - Удалены типы DealCall и PersonalManager, они не соответствовали ответу API
- Добавлены helpdeskAddComment, helpdeskChangeDepartment, helpdeskCloseTicket и helpdeskGetHistory - Добавлен getAllDepartments и тип DialogDepartment - setUri переименован в subscribeWebhook, добавлен unsubscribeWebhook - Добавлены события вебхуков 1.4 и HelpDesk 9.1-9.3 - Типизированы тела вебхуков HelpDesk - DialogTransport заменён общим MessageTransport - user_type и message_type сужены до точных union - Переименованы Diploma, CancelReason и UpdateCustomField
- Добавлен tests/api/helpdesk.test.ts и переменная TEST_TICKET_ID - Тесты вебхуков разделены на subscribe и unsubscribe - Добавлен expectResultTrue для методов с флагом result
