docs: rm authors entirely

to make use of auto contributor fetching from github (bots should be already ignored by default)

Works with no cff file at all like on https://github.com/semos-org/semos-agentura , but only repo info.
PR needed to be run pre-release test on existing cff file without any author info and trigger fetching from GitHub.

Nothing functional on source code changed.
