Documentation-only SAT-2 release closure. Records reconciliation onto current Security Audit main 073e023, producer status, signing/legacy UNKNOWN compatibility, live evidence limitations, focused validation, and release recommendation. No SAT-1/SAT-3/SAT-4 implementation changes.
