Added deploy log and stack manifest for Docker-based launch.

Deploy status

docker compose config validates on this host.
Docker daemon is not running; full stack bring-up blocked.

Findings fixed

HVM-001: README now documents Docker-enabled local start path.

Start Docker daemon to run compose stack on this host.
