Syncs the fork with upstream PSBrew/MkPFS (1.0.0), pulling in exFAT packing, batch conversion, a faster/ISAL compression backend, and build fixes. mkpfs/gui.py (the fork's own monolithic GUI) is dropped in favor of upstream's mkpfs/gui/ package: it already carries the same neon glassmorphism design, language set, dynamic version footer, larger (240px) log pane, and export-log button this fork had added, plus the new Pack exFAT and Batch panels. Keeping both would have left two conflicting implementations behind the same `mkpfs-gui` entry point.
