Adds an
ErrorCode, andPar2Errorwith a code, a message and the file concerned, readable throughGetLastErrororPar2Observer::OnError. An application no longer has to parse the error stream.Resultvalues and the tool's exit codes are unchanged; the code refines them. A duplicate or undescribed file now gets its own code instead of a generic I/O error, and a repair before any verify returnsecNotVerified.
