The internal class becomes
Par2SetCreator, which frees the name for the publicpar2::Par2Creator. Creation is split into its steps, and gets the same observer, cancellation and error reporting as verify and repair. The handle takes the source files, block size, recovery block count and file scheme, then callsCreate.
