Par2VerifierandPar2Creatorcan now be built withoutsout/serr, for an application that follows an observer instead. To support that:OnProgressnow carries aPhase(loading, scanning, constructing, solving, …), so a caller can tell which step a percentage belongs to.Par2Observer::OnWarning.
