Fix deploy: switch to ACR webhook continuous deployment - #15

Students subscription blocks service principal creation, so azure/webapps-deploy cannot authenticate. Instead both App Services have continuous deployment enabled: ACR fires a webhook on :latest push and the App Service auto-pulls the new image. Removes azure/webapps-deploy step (fails on Students subscription). ACR webhooks now trigger App Service redeploy on :latest push.
