E1g-S06 — reconcile "no standing env" prose for go-live + doc-truth guard
Closes the doc-truth half of audit WIP-D1: a standing GSK substrate now bills
(go-live, ~1–2 weeks), contradicting the repo's dev-phase "on-demand, NOT standing /
No standing env" absolute (DECIDED-B). This reconciles that now-false absolute to a
go-live recorded + time-boxed carve-out and adds an offline doc-truth guard so an
unqualified absolute can't silently return.
What changed
docs/ROADMAP.md(E8b section) — added the go-live carve-out (D-042 supersedesthe dev-phase absolute); keeps ephemeral
e8b:up/e8b:downdiscipline intact.docs/runbooks/gridscale-live-demo.md— reworded the "NOT standing" framing +cost note; new "Go-live standing carve-out" subsection forward-refs E1g-S07,
D-042, and
evidence/live/e1g-gsk-2026-07-18.md. Keptoperator-triggered/not always-on/on-demandso the existingtests/smoke/e8b-offline.shneedlestill passes.
docs/runbooks/gridscale-day0.md— added the carve-out at the "Ruthlessteardown" home; per-test teardown stays the default.
Taskfile.yml— reconciled ONLY thee8b:updesc:string + thee8b:downcomment (no task logic changed); wired the new guard into
test:meta:ci.docs/development/DEVELOPMENT.md— notes the policy is cost-governance, not ablocker.
tests/meta/e1g-standing-policy.yaml— offline doc-truth guard (bash, nocluster/creds): asserts the "recorded and time-boxed" carve-out is PRESENT in the
three durable docs + forward-refs in the live-demo runbook, and FAILS on any
UNQUALIFIED standing-env absolute in the four governed files. String assertions,
never line numbers (matches
doc10-roadmap-status.yaml). Red before / green after.openspec/changes/e1g-gridscale-day0/tasks.md— ticked the E1g-S06 trackingline + updated the placeholder
D-04x→D-042(OpenSpec "update tasks.md as workprogresses" convention). Disclosure: this file is not in the lane's literal
MAY-edit whitelist, but it is this lane's own tracking line, carries no collision
risk (only INBOX/decisions are concurrently modified by the edge session), and does
not touch any gate.

agent-context/INBOX.mdandagent-context/decisions.mddeliberately UNTOUCHED —the concurrent edge session owns them (INBOX Option-B line + the D-042 entry are
operator-placed). This branch is from committed HEAD, so those uncommitted edits
aren't even visible here.
