Addressing issue #88
Added channels Tags and Flags for channels the following channels:
Changed the naming scheme of the rotational Raman flags to use the actual wavelength instead of the RR-tag.
Example:
532_total_RR-->530_total_FR. Thus, also added new config variables to identify rotational Raman channel wavelengths (variables:"is352","is530","is1058")A flag for the secondary 532 total FR channel, the "high intensity" one, is not yet implemented.
