ProgBot is a slash command handler for Progressive Coders' Slack channels. It implements (so far) three commands:

• /searchuser - searches the opted-in users for the specified skills. There is an implied 'OR' for each skill.
• /searchproject - searches for projects requesting any of the specified skills.
• /searchprojectusers - searches for users possessing any of the skills specified by the named project
• /listskills - list all skills currently offered by users or requested by projects
• /listprojects - list all open projects
