ci(agent): add Agent UI Fix workflow to auto-fix ready-for-agent issues

Summary

Added a new GitHub Actions workflow that auto-fixes UI issues labelled ready-for-agent.

• Runs daily at 08:00 IST (cron) and can be triggered manually with an optional issue number
• Picks up to 5 open ready-for-agent issues that have no linked PR
• Runs each issue in parallel via a matrix job (one failure doesn't stop the rest)
• Authenticates via a GitHub App token instead of a long-lived PAT
• Limits the agent with an allowed-tools list, blocks force-push and edits to .github/** and .releaserc
• Caps each run with 150 turns, a 60-minute timeout, and a concurrency group so runs don't overlap
• Removes the ready-for-agent label after every run, and comments on the issue with the failure status plus run link so it can be retried
