Aug 26, 2026 update

This PR is for the training to be taught on August 26, 2026. I made several changes to improve content and address accessibility items. Specifically, the following general items were completed:

• replace rc-help email with support request form
• fix footer slide numbers
• add abbreviation for HPC and put hyphens for High-Performance Computing
• specify that PL is Paid storage (rather than funded)
• remove OnDemand data in home file (improves readability and hopefully reduces confusion)
• add OOD to data sharing outside RC
• rearrange DTN slide
• add Microsoft MFA reference on Slide 37
• generalize the getting an account page and show a picture of the section with the different tabs
• change OnDemand to Open OnDemand
• change order of access (do OOD first then terminal)
• provide institution specific instruction link to OOD and specify that MFA is institution specific
• modify terminal access slide to use text box instead of picture and specify that a terminal is available via OOD
• specify that MFA for terminal access is done via Duo
• modify consult hours link and Tuesday times
• point to the correct survey at the end of the presentation
• remove rc-help example email (this was an extra slide and is rarely if at all used)
• run accessibility checker and resolve all issues (needed to remove some redundant slides, add alt text, and verify reading order)
