The frozen precision-source screen now has a complete paid result: baseline 73/150, candidate 85/150, 19 gains, 7 losses, +12 net, 57/58 controls, and +2 across all 30 abstentions. Independent verification passes all integrity and prospective quality gates; 542 provider calls plus 58 shared judgments completed without retry, error, or unresolved work.
This PR updates the compact repository evidence with the full 26-case audit and the next exact all-500 measurement boundary. Thirteen gains align with restored annotated evidence; six gains are not causally established, and three losses persist despite relevant evidence. The all-500 package is independently verified offline at canonical SHA
5d97a10698e0b673aaa87ee18c48b28f7df0c3e73beab0866b0492b06e27f3b3, capped at a proposed $14.82 and at most 1,000 calls. It has no paid approval or output.Validation:
The qualified full-500 headline remains 418/500 = 83.6% twice. No full-500 result, repeat, default promotion, or 90% claim is included.
