[FEATURE] Add a way to simplify creating an anchor/xylim

The x and y limits (currently called anchor, soon to be called xylim) reply on matplotlib behavior, which expects hori/verti grid lines. This means that the ylim doesn't cut neatly at, say, 10 degrees, but follows the line further to it's route.
There should be a way to instead specify a rectange which overrides all other behaviour, and just creates a window much like in interactive zoom.

In addition to making this more intuitive, I should also make it shapeable by isopleths.

I've spent a bit of time working on this. As it stands, using existing infrastructure this would be an incredibly difficult problem. As such, I'm looking into other MatPlotLib functionalities I could use for this.
