Each folder consists of a 'Preview' sub-folder that holds images so you can check out how it'll turn out ahead of copying the code. The folder then contains a CSS file which needs to be copied over to your CSS portion on this link. Give it a unique suitable title and you're done!
Code in this repository is not licensed and available for free use, however credit is always appreciated!
Quite naturally, code here is without a template (HTML) since this used to be a private repo and thus a bit difficult to actually work out in a fic if you're a novice. I'm working on that bit, I'll get standard HTML templates for most of this stuff once I'm free.
