Dockerfile for running minion as a docker container

I use minion with docker, to sandbox it a little (and not to mess up my machine when I need different tooling).

Might come in handy for other people.

Default for me is to just run bash and start minion by hand. But that can be change by modifying default command.

Note: Minion itself is running as root, so be careful with mount point you give minion access to
