Okay so I deleted JDK 21 that I alreay had installed.
Now I try to install java-multi-tool-0.1.3.jar
and does not open
as for gui....when a user who uses this app should not explicity download jre for java version 21.....it should be bundled. Does the installer bundle Java?

The .jar file is needed to open the application on any operating system that already has JRE/JDK 21+ preinstalled (linux/macOS for example). If the user does not have this option, they can install the .exe file, which already contains a wrapper for launching the JVM.

This issue occurs when a user has an .exe program installed and after an update, the program is unable to launch on its own.
