Add /openapi.json endpoint with a machine-readable OpenAPI 3.1 spec describing the public agent surfaces. Enrich llms.txt with an OpenAPI link and a "When to use this" section. Add structured JSON 404 for unknown /api/ paths and markdown 404 for non-existent markdown routes. Rescued from a stale stash (WIP on pre-rename "Email Manager" naming); adapted to current "Kinetic" product name. Clarity analytics parts of the original stash were already shipped on main and are excluded.
