Currently we output fine-mapping top_loci table that covers variant level information. However we largely ignored the CS / SER level information. I propose that we add a CS / SER summary with the following:
method, cs, start, end, cpip, log10bf, size, ld_min, ld_median
where start and end are the boundaries of CS; ld_min and ld_median are purity by different definitions.
