The Bin monitor is a IOT device designed for your waste management needs, measuring how full the level of you're bins are and thus allowing you or your community waste team to calculate which bins are most used around your campus or general area.
This project was created as part of the IOT module and was the authors first use of react.js, Arduino and pub nub. The video below documents how the project works with a functional prototype
