For a complete transition we should merge #385 first.
This PR replaces crowdin with translated.
It will work in the following steps:
a) A developer adds an adjustment to the english page.
b) They commit the change and make a PR.
c) The PR merges. We hash the files and compare them to the recorded hashes. From these we know which files have been translated and which have not. Each file that does not match the old hash is sent to translated.
d) First we pool every 25mins to catch any machine translations and then every 6 hours to pick up any pick up any translations.
e) Once we have the changes have been polled. They are added to localization branch and then a PR is made similarly as to crowdin
Also removed two stale translation files
