Prevent duplicate files

A lot of files are now duplicate between source codes.

Prevent this by, for example:

• Using symlinks to link certain folders to common folders that are shared between firefox and Chrome
• Still making the manifests compatible seems to be possible
• Use a single source code but use webpack or rollup to generate compiled files for the two browsers tip given here

@thomaspaulb so here I think we should just have them as separate dist for easy future dev and maintenance deepening with which browser is affected, the most important thing in relation to this is that at least now we compile the templates from xml to a single template.js which is updated across the dist browser folder and it because easy publishing the extensions to their individual store.

For the short term I am fine with two dists, for the long term we can have two dists but we should not have all source code files duplicate, maybe we can look at using webpack.
