[Feature Suggestion] Hair Transparent for better Facial Feature

Because this ToonShader is Inspired by Anime in Mind. i would like to suggest a feature which makes the hair somehow transparent to better visualize facial feature.

im talking about this part

front hair in anime is somewhat transparent to boost clarity of character face.

The Unity Toon Shader already supports transparency. In the Shader Settings, you can enable Transparency mode, and use the Clipping mask for finer control.
Have you tried this? If not, please give it a go. It'll be interesting to see what's still needed for your use case.
