Overview
Points the B2B Vue theme artifact at a PR build from vc-frontend PR 2470 instead of the previous 2.58.0-alpha.2494 prerelease package.

theme/artifact.json now references vc-theme-b2b-vue-2.58.0-pr-2470-728c-728cf8f6.zip on the vc3prerelease blob storage—typical automated CI wiring for a dev deployment (VCST-5891 / VCST-5652).
