Overview
Pins VirtoCommerce.ElasticAppSearch to a prerelease Azure Blob package instead of pulling it from the GithubReleases module list.

The AzureBlob source gains an entry for VirtoCommerce.ElasticAppSearch_3.1002.0.zip (with explicit Id), and the GithubReleases entry for VirtoCommerce.ElasticAppSearch at 3.1001.0 is removed. This matches the automated CI flow for validating a newer Elastic App Search module build in QA.
