Overview
Updates the QA theme deployment pointer in theme/artifact.json to pull the prerelease vc-theme-b2b-vue package built from vc-frontend PR 2478 instead of PR 2473.

The deploy workflow reads this URL via ARTIFACT_URL, so the next theme deployment will use the new package artifact (2.58.0-pr-2478-d5df-d5df205a).
