Overview
Automated QA bump for VirtoCommerce.Customer: the Customer module is now sourced from the AzureBlob prerelease feed at 3.1024.0 (VirtoCommerce.Customer_3.1024.0.zip) instead of the GithubReleases pin at 3.1023.0, which was removed from that list.

This matches the existing pattern for other PR-tested modules (Orders, Catalog, etc.) in the same manifest—QA pulls a specific blob build while GithubReleases continues to list the rest of the modules unchanged.
