Overview
Updates theme/artifact.json so VCST QA theme deployment pulls the B2B Vue 2.58.0 prerelease built from vc-frontend PR 2479, replacing the previous PR 2468 package URL.

Pushes to vcst-* branches that touch theme/** still drive the cloud theme workflow, which reads this URL and sets the store theme parameter via vc-build CloudEnvSetParameter.
