Single configuration URL change for QA theme deployment with no application logic or security impact.

Overview
Updates the B2B Vue theme artifact URL in theme/artifact.json so VCST QA deploys the package built from vc-frontend PR 2484 (vc-theme-b2b-vue-2.58.0-pr-2484-…) instead of the previous PR 2468 build.

This is an automated deployment pin; the deploy workflow reads .URL from that file when publishing the theme.
