Bauxite, Magnesite and Uranium ores have no processing path

Explain issue in detail:
There's no ways to process Bauxite, Magnesite and Uranium:
1- no vanilla smelting
2- no AE2 grindstone
3- no Mekanism clump or dirty dust

Proposal:
Integrate Bauxite like other ores, hopefully adding it to Mekanism
Remove Magnesite for now, it's not used in recipes?
Add basic/crude Uranium processing?
