Errors when installing and running the PULpy

Hello,

I'm trying to install the PULpy, but got the following error
bash: hmmpress: command not found...
with
hmmpress Pfam-A.hmm for the step Get Pfam data and
hmmpress dbCAN-fam-HMMs.txt for the step Get DBCAN data

and when tried to run the tool with snakemake --use-conda
the following error was raised
bash: snakemake: command not found...

any suggestion?
