bug: broken image on resource page

hi :) i've been looking into this issue and found two things that might be causing it:

the links in mentorshipResources.json are set to # (placeholder)
ResourcesCard.tsx is missing target="_blank" and rel="noopener noreferrer" on the button

are you still working on this? happy to submit a fix if not
