background-geopoint and start-geopoint with a label generate a trigger control

Description

When a background-geopoint or start-geopoint row has a label, pyxform adds a body control for it:

A trigger shouldn't be bound to geopoint node in this case. There is no use case for a label on these types, since the question is not shown to the data collector.

Without a label, only the odk:setgeopoint action is generated, which is correct.

This reproduces on v4.5.0 but not on current master. It looks like it was fixed by #858 (for #763), which was merged after the 4.5.0 release. So this is probably a duplicate of #763 and will be resolved in the next release.
