New year new me

This release contains:

• new association tests functions for computing and plotting association tests.
• a new manage.na() function completely refurbished from the initial version.
• many little improvements over some BiocompR functions.
• uses the R.graphic package as a dependency to disable the automatic opening of a graphic windows by some grid & ggplot2 functions.
