Invalid TLS certificate on self-hosted services like Proxmox VE

I don't know if I did it right, but if I try to create a proxmox webapp using my local IP and port, I get an 'Unacceptable TLS certificate' error on the web page.

Let me know if there is any missing information you'd like me to provide.

Spider works fine with services hosted on localhost (e.g. Syncthing), but for services hosted within the same local network (like Proxmox), it might not work. I haven't tested this on other self-hosted services though.

Thanks for the issue! I think the problem has to do with self-signed certificates. Maybe an "allow insecure" option would be nice to have.
