Feature Request: Whisperer extraction support for json or csv output formatting

The current output is a formatted table. Which might not be the best when the output needs to be parsed and processed further. Having a json support for output formatting might be a good option.

@chandrasekharan-zipstack looks like this might be a bug. I see in the doc we mention that -o json is supposed to work for agents. But that seems to be producing error.

@chandrasekharan-zipstack looks like the -o needs to be passed after the unstract and doesn't see to work if it is given after the sub commands or at the end. Ideally we should support -o at any point especially at the end. If not possible we should update our document
