zVirtualScenes doesn't support comma as decimal delimiter #9

Hello. In my culture we use comma as decimal delimiter. In general, zVirtualScenes works, but in log I often see something like this "Value was changed from 15.0 to 15,0".
But zvsMobile doesn't work correctly - temperature of my thermostats is not shown.
