feat: asa keywords recommend command

Adds adapty asa keywords recommend --adam-id <id> --type brand|generic|competitor [--country XX ...], which prints the keyword pools the ASA backend recommends for an app: brand terms, generic terms, or the pools of the competitors selected in the dashboard.

• Status is printed before the keyword count; building/failed pools get a one-line retry hint; competitor pools are separated and carry their own headers.
• --json returns the raw response.
• Agent docs and README list the command and its request budget (10/min, one in-flight request for brand/generic).
• The command lives in the frozen legacy stack by explicit decision and is registered in the frozen-legacy allowlist.
