Don't receive all messages in Groups

In Groups i can see that someone is tipping, but the message is never recieved,
although it was sended (i checked it and got some screenshots as proof). The strange fact is, that the problem appears just on a few contacts in the Group.
The problem is similar to issue " Can't read answers from contacts #43 ".
I'm running Yappari (2.0.23)
